JON AUSTIN INJURED AT UCW

The Lunatic Jon Austin was injured at the hands of Sheik Udy Muhammad and the Mexican Mafia at the UCW show. We have learned that Jon has a second degree shoulder separation, and is out of the picture for 3 months. We feel that this is not an unprovoked attack. But an attempt by the House of Simon to keep Jon Austin from becoming the IPWA Champion. More on this when we receive it.

HOUSE OF SIMON BUSY AT FIRST TV TAPING

House Of Simon Enterprises muddied the waters of “The Burning One” Nate Flames’ Ohio State Championship defense by interfering and allowing “Bad Apple” Billy Bragg to get the pin. However, Bragg had no opportunity to savor his first taste of IPWA gold when Uncle Simon demanded Bragg “repay the favor” by giving H.O.S.E. a title shot. As soon as the Bad Apple agreed, the bell rang and The Independent Icon laid Bragg out for the 1-2-3. Independent Icon had this to say afterwards,  "Now that I have captured both belts, I claim that these two belts will become one this belt is now the Ohio State Television Championship."

THE IRA CONTINUES THEIR QUEST

True to their promise, The IRA backed up their silence with more unexpected violence as they brought in family from Ireland. The Last Lords of Ireland hit the ring and took perverse pleasure in decimating tag champs High Spot Kings and their protégé Nate Wings. As of this release, we have not received word on Nate Wings condition. Be assured we will update fans as soon as information becomes available

LUNATIC FRINGE GAIN SERVICES OF JOHNNY SUEDE

In a bizarre twist, charter member of the newly formed Lunatic Fringe, the Freakshow, placed a bet with House Of Simon Enterprises: He would wrestle Johnny Suede and if the man from the Darkside won, Freakshow would leave the IPWA. However, If the painted Ikon of wrestling won, then Suede would become the “property” of the Lunatic Fringe. Even with blatant interference from Uncle Simon, Freakshow got the win. Our condolences to the Lunatic Fringe in their new acquisition.

IRISH SUPERMAN GAINS A WIN IN EPIC BATTLE

The Irish Superman Draven Cross avoided a shut out in his best of 5 series with “High Stakes” Hank Calhoun with his devastating Draven Driver. However, Hank still leads the series 2 – 1 and we’re still unsure if Draven can battle back under tremendous odds versus a worthy opponent like High Stakes.

LUNATIC FRINGE TAKES ON H.O.S.E IN TAG TEAM ACTION

And in a match that must be seen to be believed, Lunatic Fringe members Jon Austin & Dark Angel called out H.O.S.E. members Assassin #2 (or was it #1?) and The Independent Icon for a tag team grudge match. This was truly a battle of the best as there were too many near falls to count – even the referee was out of breath by the end of this conflict!
