All Sales are Final

 

All sales of tickets for IPWA live events are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Your inability to attend the event.

  • A change in the scheduled matches or performers.

  • Inclement weather or other factors that do not lead to the official cancellation of the event.

 

Show Cancellation

 

If IPWA officially cancels a show, we will provide a full refund of the ticket price to the original method of payment. You will be notified via email and through our social media channels with instructions on how to receive your refund.

 

Special Circumstances

 

IPWA's ownership reserves the right to issue a refund on a case-by-case basis under special circumstances. Any requests for a refund under this policy must be submitted in writing to booking@ipwaonline.com and will be reviewed at the sole discretion of IPWA ownership.

This policy is designed to be clear and straightforward, protecting your business while providing a fair process in the rare event of a show cancellation.
